Castello Monaci is forty minutes from Brindisi airport, thirty from the baroque splendour of Lecce, and twenty from some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Italy - Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo.

Yes. Puglia is my second home for weddings. I photograph multiple celebrations there each year and have an established relationship with Castello Monaci and the local vendor community. Travel is included in every Puglia proposal - no surprises.
Yes - Le Scuderie offers 8 rooms and 2 bridal suites in the beautifully restored former stables, right next to the castle. Casina Metrano, a private country house on the grounds, has 5 additional rooms. Both are surrounded by the castle's gardens and vineyards.
Yes — Castello Monaci is authorised by the Municipality of Salice Salentino as an official venue for civil ceremonies. Symbolic and religious blessings can also be arranged on-site. The Fountain Garden and courtyard are the most popular ceremony locations.
The pace is different - more languid, more generous with time. The landscape is flatter, with endless olive groves and vineyards instead of mountains and coast. The food is earthier. The light is warmer and lower. And the venues tend to be more intimate. If Sicily is opera, Puglia is a love letter.
